DV = Digital Video
PAL vs NTSC is a type of video codec. It defines ratio, use, and fps.
Global vs North America/Japan/South Korea
720×576 vs 720×486 (and normalized into 720×480) pixels frame
25fps vs 30fps (29.97fps exactly)
So don’t confuse anymore.
For my documentation.
